I've always found the binder overwhelming and time consuming. However, what works for my household is an accordion file box. Not those tiny little coupon holder accordions they advertise in the coupon circulars. Here's a link to a picture http://images.teamsugar.com/files/upl1/6/61259/22_2008/13PocketPortofinoAccordionFile_xl.jpg We were lucky to find one in a bargain bin at Staples.

If rice is not a favorite at your house shredded zuchinni make a good substiture. I grate on a box grater and pat dry with paper towels before adding to my veggie mixture, good for that time of year when total stranger try to give you their extra zuchinni.

I have never understood the "box" dinner concept. I have always made my own helper for ground beef, chicken or tuna, sloppy joes and dont even bring a jar of spagetti sauce to my house. It all started when I read a can of chicken broth and saw corn syrup and like the number 3 ingredient. Not only do I save money, but I know what my loved ones are eating.
